Shipping policy

01                                                                                                                                        All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time.

How your order gets to you

Order placed
You complete checkout and receive an instant order confirmation to your email.
Day 0

Order processed & packed
Your order is picked, quality-checked, and packed securely at our fulfillment center.
1–3 business days

Dispatched & tracking sent
Your parcel is handed to the carrier. You receive a tracking number by email to follow your order in real time.
Day 3–4

Delivered to your door
Your Lumière order arrives in discreet, branded packaging. No third-party branding is ever included.
5–7 business days (US)

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lumiere.com with your order number.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lumiere.com and we will investigate immediately. In most cases, we can offer a free replacement or full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email them to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Customs & import duties

For US domestic orders, no customs or import fees apply. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We have no control over customs processing times, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Peak season delays

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year (November–January), processing and delivery times may be extended by 2–5 additional business days. We recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
